For the safety of our customers we ask that the following terms be abided by at all times while renting a dumpster from Affordable Dumpster Service.

Terms and Conditions:

WASTE MATERIAL
The customer represents and warrants that the materials placed in the equipment shall be waste material as defined herein and shall contain no other substances. The term waste material as used in these Terms and Conditions shall mean solid waste generated by the customer excluding radioactive, volatile, highly flammable, explosive, biomedical, infectious, toxic or hazardous material. The term hazardous material shall include, but not be limited to, any amount of waste listed or characterized as hazardous by the United States Environmental Protection Agency or any state agency pursuant to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976, as amended or applicable by law. Title to and liability for any waste excluded above shall remain with the customer and the customer expressly agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Affordable Dumpster Service from and against any and all damages, penalties, fines and liabilities resulting from or arising out of such waste excluded above.

Examples of such excluded items include, but are not limited to:

• Liquids, solvents, chemicals, or freon
• Equipment containing gas or oil
• Items that could leak from the dumpster
• Appliances, included refrigerators or freezers
• Batteries of any kind
• Air conditioners
• Paint, except for dry cans
• Tires
• Biohazardous material or medical waste
• Propane tanks w/ gas (we do except empty tanks)
• Dead animals or animal waste
• Asbestos

DRIVEWAYS AND PARKING AREAS
The customer warrants that any access / location provided for Affordable Dumpster Service’s equipment is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Affordable Dumpster Service shall not be responsible for damage to lawns, fences or shrubbery. The customer assumes all liabilities for damage to pavement or road service, lawns, fences and shrubbery.

DISCLAIMER
Due to uncertain soil conditions and sub surface terrain, Affordable Dumpster Service cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer driveways, curbs, lawns or walks, wells and septic systems. It is the customer’s responsibility to make Affordable Dumpster Service aware of any underground utilities, which might be affected by taking delivery of the dumpster / container.

Every effort will be made to deliver/pickup a container within 8 hours, 6 days a week. However, due to inclement weather, traffic conditions or mechanical breakdowns, delivery times or dates could vary. We will promptly contact you if there are delays in delivery or pickups.

Please help us provide the best service possible by observing the following:

• Do not overload the dumpster.
• Do not leave items hanging over the sides of the container.
• Do not open the door when loaded
• Shingles and other roofing material, as well as dirt, rock, and concrete should only be loaded in the container until it is half full due to the weight of such items.
